The Wines
Barbara Miolane embraces evolution in the estate’s practices—shorter aging periods, regular lees stirring (bâtonnage), and experimention with larger containers—to craft wines that authentically reflect her vision.

The estate specializes primarily in white wines, distinguished by their intense color that sometimes reaches golden hues even in young vintages. This characteristic stems from several factors: precise harvest timing, climate change effects, bâtonnage techniques, and vine age.
The Chardonnay cuvées, aged for 18 to 24 months in 350-liter barrels, have gained remarkable freshness, while bâtonnage contributes additional texture.
Meanwhile, the red wines have developed a rounder, fruitier character, making them more approachable in their youth.

Strength in Unity
Grounded and practical, Barbara knows she can rely on a solid and loyal team to support the estate’s daily operations.
While she dedicates much of her time to administrative tasks and business development, she delegates seasonal vineyard work to her employees, who also oversee wine maturation and bottling processes.
Never far away, Patrick, Barbara's father, continues to be involved in the estate, keeping a watchful and supportive eye on his daughter.
Our Appellations
The estate produces 8 white wine cuvées and 5 red wine cuvées. Its flagship, the Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Les Perrières, a historic plot of the estate, neighbors the winery.
